Join us for Stop Vibing Your Prompts — What Two Years of AI Lab Notes Taught Me, a practical look at what happens when you keep engineering-grade notes while working with large language models.
Our presenter isn’t an AI researcher and doesn’t work at a lab. They are, however, someone who has spent the past two years maintaining version histories, failure logs, and changelogs for their work with LLMs. They’ll open those notes and show what’s actually in them, with documentation behind every claim.
The through-line is simple: treat your AI setup like an incident-managed system, where every change traces back to a documented failure. The case begins with a real market-research deliverable containing a number that was wrong by about 2x—and still survived every quality check in place.

- The failure and the changelog entry it produced
